Can I order without my artwork ready?

Yes. Tick "I will email my artwork later" on the product page. Your order is marked Awaiting artwork until the file arrives and has been checked.

What file types do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF and ZIP, up to 25 MB per file. A PDF with fonts embedded gives the best results.

How long will my order take?

Standard takes 5 to 7 working days, Express 2 to 3, and Rush 1 working day. Studio pickup is ready in 2 to 3 working days.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the product: 1 poster or banner, 25 invitations, 50 stickers or brochures, and 100 business cards or flyers.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. For bank transfer we send our account details with your order confirmation.
